If I want to redeem points for an item not shown on the website, what can I do? 

We believe you deserve the very best so if you don’t find your ‘dream reward’ in our large selection of online rewards, email us at dreamrewards@rewards-shop.com.au or click on the Dream Rewards section to find out more information. We’ll do all we can to deliver exactly what you’ve been dreaming of.

Please note: there are some criteria that apply to Dream Rewards applications - click here for more details. Once you know what you’re interested in, please contact our reward specialists with the details and we’ll do our best to fulfil your Dream Reward!

 

How long will I have to wait for my reward to arrive after placing an order?

Rewards are delivered directly to you. The standard delivery time is up to 15 working days from the date of order. If you do not receive your reward within this timeframe please email us at info@rewards-shop.com.au
 

What do I do if my reward is faulty, damaged or if I receive the wrong one?

All rewards come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. Please notify us immediately at info@rewards-shop.com.au if you have a problem with the reward you received.

Can I return my reward if I change my mind?

Unfortunately we don't accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind so please ensure that you are happy with the reward you choose prior to placing your order.
